Ally Martinez ~ Ally Martinez (she/her) is a poet and writer originally from Monterrey, Mexico. She is currently pursuing Psychology and Creative Writing degrees at the University of Richmond. Having moved around a lot during her childhood and early adolescence, she turned to writing as an outlet. Her work often draws inspiration from surrealism and touches on themes of womanhood, mental health, and interpersonal relationships. Her prior work has appeared in The Messenger Magazine.
Binu Sivan ~ Binu Sivan has been a freelance writer, an assistant director, a deputy editor, and a creative writing teacher over the years. She is now building up the courage to share her personal writing with others, even as she redefines herself and her place in this world. www.binusivan.com
Devony Hof ~ Devony Hof is a poet and playwright from Palo Alto, CA and is currently based in Chicago. She has a BA in English and Theatre from Northwestern, where she received an award for Best Honors Thesis. Eleanor Lerman ~ Eleanor Lerman is the author of numerous award-winning collections of poetry, short stories, and several celebrated novels. She is a National Book Award finalist and a recipient of the Lenore Marshall Poetry Prize from the Academy of American Poets. She was awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship as well as fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts for her poetry and the New York Foundation for the Arts for her fiction. Grace McNabola ~ Grace McNabola is a self-published author and has recently released her semi-autobiographical memoir "La Vida Loca," which details her four-year journey working in carnivals in Andalucia, Southern Spain. Haylie Stopher ~ Haylie Stopher is an LGBTQ+ writer and artist from Louisville, KY. Her favorite place to write is in the shower. Her first ever publication was at the age of twelve in A Celebration of Poets Anthology (Creative Communication Publishing). She has an upcoming poetry collection, "Lovers Belong in Straitjackets" that will be published by Stubborn RAM Publishing later this year.
Irina Tall ~ Irina Tall (Novikova) is an artist, graphic artist, and illustrator. She writes fairytales and poems, and she illustrates short stories. She graduated from the State Academy of Slavic Cultures with a degree in art. She also has a bachelor's degree in design. Her first personal exhibition, "My soul is like a wild hawk" (2002), was held in the museum of Maxim Bagdanovich. In her works, she raises the themes of ecology and draws on anti-war topics. The first big series she drew was The Red Book, which was dedicated to rare and endangered species of animals. She draws various fantastic creatures such as unicorns and animals with human faces. In 2020, she took part in Poznań Art Week. Her work has been published in Gupsophila, Harpy Hybrid Review, Little Literary Living Room, and other literary magazines. Janet Howard ~ Janet Howard is an emerging writer with a big imagination for short stories and flash fiction. Her poetry reflects her desire to escape the harsh realities of life to a place of color, sound, and emotions. Her recent discovery of Haiku poetry is another format for writing from the heart. Jenn Leigh ~ Jenn Leigh is a mother, advocate, and an aspiring author. She has been a lover of memoirs and poetry since she was a young teen picking up Maya Angelou's "I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings" and Rosie O'Donnel's "Find Me." She is currently working on a memoir about the struggles of parenting while working towards a diagnosis for her child with PANS/PANDAS, detailing the obstacles her family faced and how they returned to a sense of normalcy. www.hellojennleigh.com
Jill Baggett ~ Jill Baggett has always been fascinated with the written word and enjoys all forms of creative writing. Many of her 150+ published stories, articles, and poems are based on her real life experiences. She also enjoys playwriting and fifteen of her plays have been produced on stage in Malaysia; the US; and various cities in Australia. Her diabetes manuals have been used by the Australian Health Department, and she currently presents workshops on creative writing, edits manuscripts, judges competitions, hosts the Krazy Korner page in FreeXpresSion magazine and The Ink Spot columb in the Mudgee Guardian newspaper. She has received an Australia Day Arts Award, Mudgee Senior of the Year Award, and the Distinguished Service Award from the Fellowship of Australian Writers.
Kanwalpreet Kaur ~ Dr. Kanwalpreet teaches Political Science at the DAV College in Chandigarh, India. She has written more than 100 book reviews for The Tribune and has contributed articles for the Times of India and the Hindustan Times. She has presented papers at George Mason University in the US and at Bangladesh Liberation War Museum. She is a political analyst and is associated with any channels like BBC, CNN, Zee TV, India Ahead, Samvaad, etc. Her poems have been accepted in Syncopation, Yorick Radio Productions, Double Speak, Mocking Owl Roost, Open Skies, Fevers of the Mind, Borderless Journals, among others. Katie Hughbanks ~ Katie Hughbanks is a writer, photographer, and teacher whose photography has been recognized internationally. Her photos appear in various publications, including Peatsmoke Journal, In Parentheses, L'Esprit Literary Review, New Feathers Anthology, Glassworks Magazine, Azahares, MAYDAY, Moonday Mag, and Black Fork Review. Her poetry chapbook, Blackbird Songs, was published by Prolific Press in 2019, and her short story collection, It's Time, will be available through Finishing Line Press in July 2024.
